Cake with jam and oatmeal
225 g sugar dough
150 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
150 g preserves or jam (raspberry, blackcurrant or cherry)
125 g oatmeal
75 g margarine for dough
50 g margarine for decoration
2 eggs
1 orange
1 Art. l. sugar for decoration
vanillin
breadcrumbs
Combine eggs with vanilla and sugar, beat until all stable foam, add the margarine (melted), flour, mix well.
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Form for baking cake grease margarine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the batter into the pan, bake it for 25 minutes on the bottom of the oven.
Mix melted margarine with sugar and oatmeal.
Cake for the cake grease jam, put on top of the oat mixture, bake the cake for 10 minutes.
Before serving, decorate the cake with jam and oatmeal with sliced orange.
