Cake "Carrot"
275 g finely grated cooked carrots
225 wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
175 g sugar
125 g cottage cheese (for the test)
125 g grated cheese (for glaze)
50 g soft margarine (for the test)
25 g soft margarine (for glaze)
4 eggs
3 h. l. powdered sugar
2 h. l. baking powder
1 h. l. vanilla sugar
1 h. l. ground cinnamon
1 h. l. ground cloves

Heat oven to 180 degrees. Baking tins greased with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
175 grams of sugar combine with eggs, beat until a stable foam, add the margarine, grated carrots and cheese.
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
Combine carrot and flour mixture, stir, put the dough in the form of baking, prepare the bottom of the oven for 40 minutes, cool.
Combine powdered sugar, cheese and margarine to prepare the glaze. Apply on the cake, carrot cake sprinkled with cinnamon.
