Quick Apple Cake

Ingredients:

2 pcs. apples

2 pcs. egg

100 g sugar - plus 10 g for sprinkling

100 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

50 g margarine cold - a plus for lubrication form

Cinnamon - a pinch

Preheat oven to 200 � C. Lubricate the form of margarine cake. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into thin slices.

Whisk the eggs and sugar until a stable foam. Connect with flour.

Spread the batter into the pan. Top with apple slices. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle this mixture of apples. Top with a thin layer put slices of margarine.

Bake the cake in the bottom of the oven for 15-30 minutes.
