Cake "Olenka"
100 g sugar
100 g butter

1.5 glass wheat flour
1 glass chopped nuts
0.5 glass powdered sugar
3 eggs

Chop the flour and butter to separate the yolks and beat them with sugar, add the flour and butter, soda, knead the dough. Remove the dough in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Beat the whites into fluffy mass, adding the powdered sugar.
Roll out the dough into the reservoir, put in a greased form, sprinkle with nuts and top with protein mass. Cake baking at 210 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.
Before serving, decorate the cake as desired.
