Cake "Mashenka"
320 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
250 g sour cream
200 g condensed milk for the dough (and the same number for the cream)
3 eggs
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. soda
butter
chopped nuts
Combine sour cream, eggs and milk, stir until smooth, add flour mixed with baking soda, knead the dough. Divide the prepared dough in half, add cocoa in the 1st half.
Put the dough in the molds for baking, oiled, cook at a temperature of 210 degrees for 20 minutes, cool.
Cut the finished cake in half lengthwise.
Cooking cream: beat butter, gradually add the condensed milk until it forms a fluffy mass.
To coat each cake with cream, lay them on each other, alternating colors, to decorate the sides and the surface of the cake with cream and sprinkle with nuts.
