RUB the eggs with sugar, add flour mixed with baking soda, cornstarch and sour cream, quickly knead the dough, divide it into 3 parts and enter the fillers. 1 part raisins, 2 Macs, 3 - chopped nuts.
Bake the cakes in the forms greased with oil, 15-20 min at a temperature of 210 degrees.
Cooking cream: whip the chilled cream until sustainable lush foam, gradually add sugar.
Refrigerate the finished cake, cut each in half horizontally, spread with cream and lay on each other, alternate fillers.
Coat the top and sides of cake with cream, arrange as desired.
