Cake "Sour"
Ingredients:
240-320 g wheat flour (the number is determined by the consistency of the dough)
500 g sour dough and cream (25% fat) - and
230 g sugar dough and the cream - and 120 grams
120 g butter
1 h. l. soda
berry syrup - to taste
berries - for decoration
The oil was triturated with sugar, add sour cream, stir well and pour the flour with the baking soda. Quickly kneaded dough, rolled into a loaf 5-6 cm thick and cut into 6 pieces.
Part of the dough is rolled into round cakes and bake on a greased sheet at 240-250 � C for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Finished cakes are aligned and cooled. Crop dried and milled.
Cream whipped cream, gradually adding sugar until fluffy stable foam. At the end of whipping add berry syrup.
Cakes put on each other, sandwiching cream, grease sides of cake with cream and sprinkle with crumbs. Cake stand in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, to cakes soaked in cream, then decorate with cream and berries.
