Cake "Nastya"
Ingredients:
200 g sugar dough - and cream - 300 g
200 g sour dough and cream - by
300 g apple jam
4 pcs. egg
260 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1/3 h. l. soda
Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the jam, whip again, enter the sour cream and mix with soda and sifted flour. Knead the dough sparsely.
Pour into a mold layer of dough 1 cm thick and bake cakes (as much as enough dough).
Cooled cakes lay one upon the other, they are sandwiched whipped cream with sugar. Top complete your cake with the same cream.
