300 g Apple jam
300 g sugar cream
260 g wheat flour

200 g sour cream for the test

200 g sugar for the dough
4 eggs
1/3 tsp. soda
Beat eggs with sugar, add the jam, whisking, add mixed with baking soda in the sour cream, flour, knead thin dough.
Pour the dough into the shape of 1 cm height, bake cakes.
Put cooled cakes on each other, Prokaeva sour cream, whipped with sugar, the sides and top of cake and decorate with cream.
