Hungarian cake for tea
200 g flour

Beat sugar with spices and oil, separate the egg whites from the yolks, add the egg yolks one at a time to the oil mixture, continuing to whisk, add dried apricots, raisins and nuts, stir, add flour and baking soda, pour the milk, mix thoroughly.
