Pie with nuts and dried fruits "Christmas"
350 g brown sugar
350 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
350 g flour
200 g dried apricots
200 g prunes
200 g dried figs
200 g raisins
150 g hazelnut
100 g almonds
5 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
brandy
Rinse, Pat dry, finely and evenly cut all the dried fruit.
Sugar beat butter, by driving the eggs one at a time.
In a blender grind the nuts, mix with the egg-butter mixture, then add the sifted flour, add baking powder, knead the dough.
Grease a baking dish with oil, powder it with flour, put the prepared dough.
To prepare the cake with nuts and dried fruits "Christmas" in a preheated 180 C oven for one hour, then heat the oven down to 160 degrees, bake the pie for another 2 hours, cover top of baking paper.
Before serving the cake with nuts and dried fruits "Christmas" lightly drizzle with brandy.
