Ingredients:

6 pcs. egg

100 g powdered sugar

100 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

1/2 h. l. soda



1 peel - lemon

3 pcs. egg white

0.5 lemon juice - lemon

To test the proteins are separated from the egg yolks. Proteins beat until a stable foam. Yolks rubbed with powdered sugar, add grated lemon zest and mix well. Enter the flour with soda, quickly knead the dough, at the end add the beaten egg whites.
