Cake "Cobweb"
Ingredients:
egg
160 g wheat flour

150 g sugar for the dough and pellet air
30 g potato starch
1 zest - lemon
3 PCs egg white (for air lepecki)
30 g nuts chopped
1/2 condensed milk - cans
200 g butter
200 g chocolate
100 g marmalade
Biscuit egg whites separated from the yolks, cool and beat until a stable foam.
Yolks pounded with sugar until white, add the grated zest, mix flour and starch, quickly knead the dough and carefully inserted proteins.
Round shape and line it with parchment, pour half of the dough with a layer of 1 cm and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200-220 �C. also bake a second cake.
For aerial pellet chilled whites whipped to a stable foam, adding 2-3 times the sugar. At the end put the nuts and gently mix.
