For the cream:
200 g butter
1/2 condensed milk with sugar - banks
Egg yolks are beaten with the sugar, separately beat the egg whites until a stable foam.
The yolks to combine with sour cream, add condensed milk and nuts, stir.
Add the flour with soda, stir quickly, enter the beaten egg whites. Divide the dough into two parts, bake two cakes.
For the cream, beat the butter with condensed milk until stable consistency.
The cakes are cut horizontally, to alternate the cream.
The top of the cake to make shavings of white and dark chocolate.
