Cake sponge cake with nuts
What you need:
300 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
30 g starch
350 g sugar for the dough and 250 g for syrup
14 PCs egg
400 g butter
200 g condensed milk
180 g powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (powder)
1 tbsp. brandy - cream - for
syrup
250 g water
250 g walnuts - cores
The whisk eggs with sugar to increase 3 times, stir the flour with the starch and stir. Put the mass on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, bake at 220 �C.
Cream the butter, whisk together, add vanilla powder, brandy, powdered sugar and whisking, pour portions of condensed milk.
For the syrup in boiled water put the sugar, heat to boiling, cool and pour in the cognac.
Biscuit cut in half lengthwise. The bottom layer impregnate syrup and apply a layer of cream. Put the second layer of sponge, moisten with syrup, apply the cream in the form of a drawing. Sprinkle chopped roasted nuts. Cut into cakes.
