Cake "Autumn Leaves"
Ingredients:
For the dough:
2 Art. l. wheat flour

2 h. l. Cocoa powder
1.5 glass white breadcrumbs
1 glass sugar
10 pcs. egg
For syrup:
1 glass sugar
1 glass water
2 Art. l. cognac
For the cream:
250 g butter
150 g condensed milk
1 glass Pine nuts peeled
1/2 h. l. cognac
2 Art. l. cocoa powder for decoration
Crackers twice mince, sift.
Beat eggs with sugar to increase a volume twice add cocoa, flour, biscuits, gently mix. Pour batter into a greased split mold and bake at 180-200 � C.
