6 pcs. yolk

3 Art. l. Cocoa powder



5 pcs. egg white

4 Art. l. butter - 1/2 cup biscuit and - for the filling

1 glass cream

300 g chocolate

1/2 glass rum

1/2 glass strawberry syrup

Biscuit, whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder, sift, add the egg yolks and mix.

Part nuts mix with melted butter, whipped whites and connect with the dough. Form brush with butter, podpylite flour, pour the batter and bake until done. Cool.

For the filling warm cream with chocolate, add the butter and beat until the mixture has cooled.

Sponge cake cut into three cake soaked with rum syrup. Place the cakes on each other, interbedded part of the filling and sprinkle with nuts. The top and sides of cake and cover the filling. Arrange slices roasting and chocolate chips.
