To prepare the cream:

300 g raspberry

1 glass heavy cream

4 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla sugar

For the dough:

8 egg whites

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 tsp. lemon juice

Proteins cool, beat until fluffy mass of powdered sugar, continuing to beat, gradually add the lemon juice.

Divide the cooked mass to 2 parts, a thin layer is put in a rectangular shape and bake at 100 � C for 2 hours. Cool and remove from moulds.

Cooking cream: whip the chilled cream until lush consistency, continuing to whisk, add mashed through a sieve raspberries, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Put one cake half cream, cover with the second.

Apply the remaining cream on the cake, make cake chocolate figures and strawberries.
