To prepare the filling:

375 g heavy cream

300 g strawberry

4 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 tbsp. cherries vodka



For the dough:

150 g sugar

70 g powdered sugar

5 egg whites

4 tsp. corn flour

Beat the whites, connecting them with vanilla sugar before the formation of stable foam, gradually adding powdered sugar and the sugar, beat until fluffy mass, then gently add the corn flour.

Line with baking parchment, draw on it a circle with a diameter of 24 cm, using a pastry bag, put half of the mass in a circle. The remaining mass is put around the base in the form of balls. Bake the meringue at a temperature of 110 degrees for 2 hours.

Preparing the filling: half strawberry wipe, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Whip cream, adding sugar, until fluffy foam, sprinkle vodka, ready to put on the cake base.

On top of cream to put whole strawberries, covered with strawberry puree.
