Dessert-cake with cherries
150 g canned cherries
125 g milk chocolate
? sponge cake
To prepare the cream:
1 glass heavy cream
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
Cut the cake circles, mangled pieces of chocolate, to separate the cherries from the syrup.
Chilled, whip the cream in a steady paste, gradually adding powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Put on each circle of sponge cake with layers of chocolate, cream and cherries, cool. To make the dessert with chocolate chips before serving.
