The sponge cake with raspberries
2 PCs sponge cakes
400 g raspberry
3 tbsp. liqueur
1 glass cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 glass the chocolate glaze
3 tbsp. almonds sliced
Biscuit soak liquor.
Cream whisk powdered sugar, mix it with raspberries.
Will proselyte cakes, cool.
When serving, drizzle with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with almonds.
