150 g soft cheese

1 glass raspberry

glass ? heavy cream

2 peach

? the finished sponge cake



2 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 tbsp. raspberry syrup

1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat raspberries with 1 tbsp sugar.

Cooking cream: combine cream, powdered sugar and cream cheese, beat.

Peaches cut into cubes, dilute the syrup with 2 tablespoons of cold boiled water, add lemon juice.

Put layers with glass vase: 1/3 biscuits (crushed), sprinkle with half of the syrup, half raspberry puree, a third of the cream cheese, half of the chopped peaches, repeat all layers.

The top should get layers of sponge cake and butter cream.

Before serving dessert "red Summer" to cool for one hour, then place the raspberries.
