800 g raspberry

250 g fat-free cottage cheese

500 g dry custard cream

6 g gelatin

1 glass sour cream

0,5 glass cherry juice

0,5 glass milk

3 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Combine raspberries, juice and sugar, bring to a boil.

To connect custard cream with 2 tbsp water, to introduce the mixture into the raspberry syrup and bring all to a boil.

Pour gelatin volume of water at 6 times its number, leave to swell, to drain the excess water, dissolve the gelatin and connect with hot milk.

Wipe curd, add powdered sugar and milk mixture, whipped cream.

Put the cake in the mould and put on raspberry filling, top with cottage cheese, allow to cool for 3 hours.

To make the finished cheese cake with raspberry whipped cream and raspberries.
