Curd jelly with banana and raspberry
400 g mass of curd or cottage cheese
250 g sour cream
1 glass water
1 glass sugar
1 banana
1 sachet of gelatine
frozen or fresh raspberries
Combine gelatin with 1 tablespoon boiled cooled water, leave for an hour for swelling.
Combine cottage cheese and sour cream, add sugar, beat with a mixer.
After the gelatin swell, heat it, without boiling, and then dissolved in a glass of water.
Connect gelatin dissolved in water with cottage cheese and sour cream.
Diced banana, raspberries can be used instead of another any fruit.
Place the fruit on the bottom of the dish, pour on top of cottage cheese, remove everything in the cold for 2 hours.
Before applying curd jelly with banana and raspberry flip on the plate.
