Curd jelly in a wine syrup
360 g powdered sugar
300 g cottage cheese
1 glass milk

1 glass heavy cream
2 egg yolks
3 Art. l. red wine
2 Art. l. gelatin
1/5 h. l. vanilla essence
Pour the cooled boiled water gelatin, leave to swell up, then drain excess liquid and dissolve the gelatin in a water bath.
Bring to a boil milk, put it in a water bath, add 3 tbsp powdered sugar, whipped egg yolks and vanilla essence, warm mixture until thickened stirring constantly, but do not bring it to a boil, then drain and combine with gelatin, whipped cream and grated cheese.
Pour weight of molds, chill.
Uvarov wine until thick with the rest of powdered sugar.
Before serving dish pour wine syrup, put the jelly from the molds, you can decorate it with fruit pieces.
