Dairy-raspberry soup
500 g frozen or fresh raspberries
3 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
3-4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. potato starch
0,5 glass cream
Wash raspberries and allow the water to drain, and RUB through a sieve.
Add sugar to the milk and boil.
A few tablespoons of cold milk mixed with starch, pour in the boiling milk.
Stirring constantly, bring the milk to a boil, then add the mashed raspberries, again, bring to boil, cool.
Pour the cream into the soup, well it beat you, make soup with biscuits.
