Soup corn-milk with shrimp
200 g peeled shrimp
2 Cup milk

2 Cup water
1 Bank canned corn
5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. wheat flour
sea salt
To open the corn and drain the water using a blender corn to turn into a puree and place in a saucepan, pour water, bring to low heat to boiling while stirring, remove from the stove.
In another saucepan, heat the milk.
In a third saucepan melt the butter, gradually stir in the flour so that was not formed lumps, then pour hot milk - if there are lumps, the mixture was cooled and process until smooth using a blender.
Stir in the flour mixture with the corn, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, put the shrimp, salt, boil the soup is not more than 7 minutes
When serving the soup corn-milk with shrimp can spice croutons, herbs and cheese.
