Soup with smoked fish and corn
250 g fillet of smoked fish
80 g canned corn
some corn to choose? we'll show
50 g bacon
2 glass water
2 glass milk
2 Potato
1 onions
2 Art. l. butter
? h. l. ground thyme
? h. l. ground paprika
salt
Cut the fish slices and potato cubes, separated from the pouring corn.
Finely chop the onion and bacon.
Fry onion in butter for 5 minutes, add the bacon, fry for 5 minutes.
Bring water to a boil, add the onion and bacon, fish and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
Add to soup corn, pour the milk, pepper and salt, add the thyme and cook for another 5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
