Potato and corn soup diet
500 potatoes
400 g canned corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show
2 onions
1 parsley root
1 carrots
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
mushroom/vegetable broth
greens
spices
salt
Vegetable/mushroom broth or just water, bring to boil, add potatoes, cut into small cubes until soft boil.
Peel and finely chop the onion, parsley and carrot, fry, then put in the soup.
Corn to add to the soup for 10 minutes until tender (liquid with it not drain), add potato and corn soup diet spices, salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
