Soup with fresh corn
150 g Corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. Butter
3 Milk Cup
1 Cream Cup
1/2 Onion
3 tsp. Flour
Ground pepper
Walnut nutmeg
Salt
Parsley
Corn boil until soft, cut the grain with a knife. If sales don't have fresh corn on the cob, with success, you can use canned corn.
In skillet, fry the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil.
Add the flour, then put the prepared corn, salt, pepper, nutmeg, pour the milk, cream and bring the soup to a boil.
When serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
