Soup with fish and corn
450 g fillet of cod or haddock
1 Bank of canned corn
some corn to choose? we'll show
1 ginger root
1.5 h. l. cornstarch
1 h. l. sherry
1 h. l. corn oil
green onions
salt
Fillet of fish placed in a non-oxidizing dish. Grind ginger and sprinkle them fish, add salt and sherry, leave for 10 minutes to marinate.
Cook the fish in a steamer for about 5 minutes to get and mash with a fork.
Boil 900 grams of water, add corn, pre-draining liquid from it, corn oil, 1 teaspoon salt and cook for 2 minutes. on low heat.
1.5 tsp Corn starch is mixed with water to form a paste. Pour the soup and cook soup until thick, stirring constantly. Add fish, warm 1 min.
Before serving, decorate with green onion soup.
