Fish soup with corn
What you need:
450 g the white fish fillets
1 PCs ginger root
1 tsp. sherry
salt
225 g canned corn - 1 can ()
1 tsp. maize (corn) oil
1 green onion for decoration pen
Put fish fillets in neocaledonica dishes. Wipe cut into small cubes ginger through a garlic chopper and sprinkle them with fish. Add sherry and a pinch of salt. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Cook the fish in the steamer for 5-6 minutes. Remove and mash with a fork.
900 g of water bring to a boil. Add the corn without liquid, corn oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Mix with 1.5 teaspoons of cornstarch with water to a paste. Pour into soup and cook while stirring until thick. Add the fish and warm for 1 minute. Pour in the portions of the plates and serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
