200 ml cream (20%)

150 ml water

50 g walnut

3 eggs

glass ? flour

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. sour cream



2 tsp. lemon zest

1 tsp. honey

1 pinch of salt

Sauce:

? lemon

3 tbsp. nuts

3 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. honey

Lightly fry the nuts in the pan, then grind in a blender in the flour.

Make a water bath, to drive in a bowl the eggs, add the honey, lemon zest and sugar, put it on the bath, whisking, a little heat, then remove from the bath, pour the warm water, salt and mix well, add nuts, sour cream, baking powder with the flour, stir until smooth.

Later in the dough to introduce the cream, stir, leave the dough for half an hour, then add vegetable oil and mix.

To cook the pancakes in the usual way with two sides on the pan.

For the sauce, chop the nuts, passionate them in butter, add lemon juice, sugar and honey on low heat to heat to dissolve the sugar.
