Pancakes with cheese and Apple "Goodies"

150 g soft cheese

50 g flour

4 Apple

2 eggs

1 glass milk

1 pinch of salt

1 a pinch of sugar

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

cinnamon

powdered sugar

Sift the flour, beat eggs, add milk, add salt and sugar.

Beat the dough into a smooth consistency in a blender, remove for 10 min in the cold.

Apples are cleaned, cut, core, chop fine julienne.

Stir the lemon juice, cinnamon and honey, pour over the apples.

To prepare the dough pancakes in the usual way.

Serve the pancakes with cheese and Apple "Goodies" to smear soft cheese to put on half of each pancake Apple, cover the other half, sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar.
