Pancakes with cottage cheese and apples in caramel
200 g cottage cheese
50 g butter

2 sour apple
5 h. l. sugar
1 a pinch of cinnamon
ready-thin pancakes
Clear, cored apples, cut into small pieces, in a frying pan melt the butter, add the apples and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes, stirring until translucent.
Add to the apples with cinnamon and sugar, mix gently, fry for about a minute to caramelize the apples, remove from heat.
Stir in caramel apples with cheese, spread the filling on pancakes and fold them to taste.
Serve pancakes with cottage cheese and apples in caramel warm as a dessert. Each house carnival with such pancakes will be even more festive!
