Pancakes with apples and blueberries
750 g apples
300 ml milk

140 ml cream
125 g fresh blueberries
125 g flour
100 g brown sugar
25 g butter
1 egg
2 Art. l. water / apple juice
1 h. l. olive oil
1 h. l. Vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
Sift flour, make a well in the center, to drive the egg, add milk, salt the, add few drops of vanilla extract, with the help of the corolla batter until smooth.
