Pancakes with blueberries "Yummy"

500 g milk

300 g flour

8 g yeast

1,5 glass blueberries

3 eggs

3 tbsp. sugar

vegetable oil

salt

Milk a bit of heat, add the yeast, stir, add sugar, stir until completely dissolved, add cold eggs, salt, with constant stirring, add the flour, the consistency of the dough should be as liquid cream.

Leave the dough in a warm place to wait, while it will rise in two times.

Add to the dough berries, stir gently (frozen berries, do not thaw).

Pan greased with oil, heat a tablespoon to shell out the dough, fry pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.

Serve pancakes with blueberries "Yummy" with honey.
