Beef burgers with sauce �chasseur�
400 g ground beef
100 ml dry white wine
50 g champignons
30 g black olives, pitted
5-10 g butter

4-5 tablespoons tomato paste
3-4 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs
2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

French sauce "hunting" perfectly complements any game dishes and meat, and cook it, you can quickly from readily available products.
Stuffing mix thoroughly with chopped onions, nuts and chopped greens, drive an egg, add 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste (one to defer to the sauce), chopped olives, spices, pepper, salt, mustard, mix well until smooth.
