Meatballs meat "Tenderness" with sauce
600 g pork / veal
1 onion
1 egg
1 carrot
2/3 cup rice
flour
oil
Sauce:
1 glass milk
1 tablespoons flour
vegetable fat
pepper, salt

Twist meat grinder, hammer into minced egg, boil until half the rice in salted water.
Clean, finely chopped onions, rub on a fine grater carrots, simmered in vegetable oil, season to taste, mix with minced meat.
Molded minced meatballs (with wet hands), breaded in flour and fry in a pan with hot oil until browned, then put in a saucepan.
In the same pan, where the grilled meatballs, heat a little oil, add flour, stir quickly, pour in the milk gradually, add the spices, stir and turn off.
Pour the meatballs in the pan to a small amount of boiled water, pour the sauce on top of cooked.
