130 g beef
15 g onions
10 g water
10 g fat
6 g wheat flour

Prepared meat grinder twist through a large grille, add raw chopped onions, water, pepper and salt and mix well.
Molded from minced meat balls, breaded in flour and fry on both sides until browned.
Put meat balls of beef in the skillet selyanski, pour mushroom or onion sauce, put to readiness, adding broth as needed.
As a side dish to meat balls so fit braised potatoes with onions and carrots, seasoned tomato puree.
