Meatballs with mushrooms "Russian"
750 g beef fillet
250 g fat fat
100 g dried mushrooms
180 g butter

Meat to prepare, grind in a meat grinder together with fat (through a fine lattice).
Remove zest from lemon, grate it on a grater.
Add salt and pepper the meat, pour a small amount of water, add the zest, stir the mass and whip, to clean for 2 hours in the cold.
Boil the mushrooms, chop finely and fry with onions in sunflower oil, allow to cool slightly, add the butter, chopped parsley, salt and mix.
Put the meat on a wooden Board, divided into equal balls of smaller size, then molded from these pellets, in the center put cooked with mushroom stuffing, molded balls.
Breaded meatballs in flour, pan fry on both sides.
Put the meatballs with mushrooms "Russian" in a deep frying pan or saucepan, add the diluted tomato paste or cream, flavored with sugar and pepper, to put on top of the potatoes (it pre-cut into slices and fry), carrot (cut into circles), peas, onions (fried), Bay leaf.
Simmer for 15 minutes, then serve.
