Meatless meatballs with mushrooms and buckwheat
700 g oyster mushrooms or
3 onions
1 glass buckwheat
5 Art. l. Krasnodar sauce
breadcrumbs
greens
pepper
salt
Connect with buckwheat 2 cups water, salt and boil until cooked, wrap the pot in a towel and leave for 15 min.
Slice the mushrooms, finely chop the onion, chopped greens, fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes, add the mushrooms and fry for 15 minutes, pepper and salt, let cool.
Grind the mushrooms and onions in a blender or kink in a meat grinder, combine with buckwheat, add the herbs and mix.
