Meatless pie with buckwheat and mushrooms
500 g yeast dough
500 g fresh mushrooms
1 glass finished buckwheat

1-2 onions
Clear, coarsely chop the onion until browned fry in vegetable oil.
Arbitrarily sliced mushrooms, add to the onions and fry until all the liquid has evaporated completely, salted at the end.
Twist mushrooms with onions and buckwheat through a meat grinder.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts, roll out of both circles.
Share on larger circle stuffing, cover with a smaller circle on top, zaschipnut edge, brush the top pie with tea or water, leave for proofing.
Cook meatless pie with buckwheat and mushrooms for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
