Meatless salad with tomatoes and buckwheat
200 g tomatoes
30 g green salad
4 Art. l. finished buckwheat
Sauce:
2.5 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 h. l. apple cider vinegar 3%
1/5 h. l. salt
Finely chop lettuce, diced tomatoes chopped, mixed with cooled boiled buckwheat.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce before serving meatless salad with tomatoes and buckwheat fill sauce and mix well.
Also you can add to the salad onions or garlic and pepper.
