Meat balls with rice
500 g ground beef
1 glass rice
0.5 glass breadcrumbs
1 onions
3 Art. l. butter

Boil the rice in salted water until soft, discard it in a colander, a little cool, add the minced meat, chopped onion, pepper and salt and mix well.
Molded from the resulting mass of balls, roll them in bread crumbs, lightly fried, then for 5 minutes to warm up in the oven.
Post meatballs with rice can pickles and fried potatoes.
