Fragrant mushroom burgers
500 g fresh mushrooms
40 g white bread
1 egg
1 onions
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. breadcrumbs
dill or parsley
salt
Rinse, then place the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then 2 times twist in a meat grinder, connecting with the soaked bread in the milk and passaged onions.
Drive in the mushroom minced egg, salt, mix well and formed into patties.
Before frying breaded mushroom meatballs in bread crumbs, fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.
Before serving, sprinkle with meat balls, as a side dish suitable mashed potatoes.
