400 g squid
200 g vegetable oil
50 g stale bread
2 eggs
1 onions
? glass water
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
black pepper
salt
Mince squid with onion, add 1 egg yolk, softened in water, bread, pepper and salt, stir.
Protein shake and add in minced meat.
Molded small meatballs, soak in beaten egg, breaded in bread crumbs.
Fry the patties in oil on both sides until Golden brown.
