Meatless burgers made from lentils with onions
6 heads of onions
1 glass lentils
1 glass breadcrumbs
vegetable fat
spices (to taste)
salt
Rinse, then soak the lentils for 10 hours at least.
Clear, chop the onion, saute it in butter, add spices to taste.
Fold the lentils in a colander, then twist in a meat grinder with onions, pepper and salt, season with spices, mix thoroughly.
Molded from cooked mince patties, breaded in bread crumbs.
Cook meatless burgers made from lentils with onions on each side for 5 minutes on a hot frying pan, then add up all the browned meatballs to the pan, cover and warm up for 5 minutes.
