Chicken with red lentils
400 g chicken (chicken breast fillet)
0.5 l chicken broth
400 g pasta "bows"
1 green onions - beam
butter and vegetable
Coriander
cumin seeds, ground
salt
pepper
125 g red lentils
Bow loop through, wash, cut diagonally into thin rings, lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Chicken fillet cut into slices, season with pinch of salt, pepper, half a teaspoon of coriander, half a teaspoon of cumin. With an average heat fry the slices until golden brown.
Pour the lentils prepared broth, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Connect lentils with chicken, cook for another 2 minutes, season with butter and spices.
Pasta products- "bows" boil in plenty of salted water. Drain, season with butter.
Serve chicken with lentils with "ribbons".
