Lentils with chicken wings
300 g lentils
8 PCs chicken wings
1 green onions - stalk
3 the potato - tuber
1 onions red - head
3 garlic - cloves
1 sweet red pepper - pod
olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
The lentils soak in cold water for 3-4 hours, drain the water. Pour the lentils with fresh hot water and cook with chopped green onions for 40-45 minutes, then season with salt, add the diced potatoes and cook until tender.
Chicken wings salt and pepper and fry in butter with whole cloves of garlic and finely chopped onions.
Sweet pepper bake in the oven, peel and chop.
The lentils will lay out on a dish, lay on top of the wings with onion and garlic, please fill out the sweet peppers.
